Medicinal Properties

• • Its stem bark is antiseptic and astringent, used to relieve coughs.
• • In folk medicine, it is used to treat anemia and uterine problems and to improve semen quality.
• • It is also used in the treatment of various ailments such as fever, uterine complaints, blood diseases, skin diseases, tumour, anaemia, eye inflammation and diarrhoea.
